It is imperative, especially within an integrated advertising company, to include differing points of view and myriad life experiences. The more diverse the people who come up with ideas, the more diverse the ideas will be. That’s why GTB supports employee resource groups called “Imprint Circles,”-created by employees for employees. Our Imprint Circles promote and support groups such as women, African Americans, Hispanic/Latinos, LGBTQ and Military Veterans. GTB Imprint Circles also operate as insight panels on diversity and inclusion for business and client initiatives.
