Internship Program

We take great pride in fostering our up-and-coming talent. Greenhouse, our quarterly intern program, offers real world experience for entry-level advertising job seekers across 40 different disciplines, including (but not limited to): Data and Analytics, Strategic Planning, Brand Management, Creative, Media, Experiential Marketing, and Project Management

85 percent of eligible interns have become full-time GTB employees upon completion of the program. GTB interns will work on real client projects in their respective disciplines and enjoy the following professional opportunities:

Applicants must have completed their junior year of college prior to the start of the internship, and be able to work 40 hours a week during GTB’s regular business hours throughout the 10-week program.

Returnship Program

GTB has created a Returnship program to address the under-representation of women in advertising industry senior-level positions. The goal of the program, called “Elevate,” is to give women who've chosen to temporarily pause their careers a chance to get back into the workforce.

GTB’s Returnship program gives women the chance to return to the workplace and to receive training, support and, ultimately, a full-time position. The Elevate program runs 10 weeks and is offered four times a year.
